2. Why was I redirected to a third party?

OrangeX.com does not directly provide fiat deposit services. This cryptocurrency purchase was facilitated by the OpenCrypto aggregation platform, where you can choose a suitable payment channel to complete the transaction.

3. Where does the money actually go during the deposit process?

Your fiat funds are paid directly to the selected payment channel (such as Banxa, Mercuryo, etc.), which then completes the cryptocurrency transfer on the blockchain. The funds will eventually be deposited into your OrangeX.com account. OrangeX.com does not handle any fiat currency.

4. Who determines the fees and exchange rates?

The handling fees, exchange rates, and deposit limits are all determined by the selected payment channel. OrangeX.com does not participate in setting these and does not charge any additional fees.
