Arbitrum Council Freezes 8,425 ETH and 74.56M ARB Linked to Binance Incident
Arbitrum’s Security Council says it froze 8,425 ETH and 74,559,805.2 ARB on Arbitrum One at 08:08 HKT on October 30, from an address linked to the Binance incident. It says other users’ funds and applications were unaffected. Moving the frozen assets requires an ArbitrumDAO governance vote.
