Sophon Sets November 25 Asset Withdrawal Deadline Before Mainnet Shutdown
Sophon plans final mainnet shutdown on November 30, 2026, but sets November 25 as the withdrawal deadline, including outstanding rewards and farm assets.
Sophon has set November 25, 2026 as the deadline to withdraw assets from Sophon Chain, ahead of a planned final mainnet shutdown on November 30. Its official timeline warns that key infrastructure and related websites will begin shutting down after November 25. Follow network developments in OrangeX.com Projects.
November 25 is the action date
The team says assets left on Sophon Chain after the withdrawal deadline risk becoming permanently inaccessible. The later November 30 shutdown date should not be treated as five extra days of guaranteed withdrawal access. The announcement does not specify an exact cutoff hour or time zone, so holders should not infer an end-of-day window in their own location.
Check rewards as well as liquid balances
The notice covers liquid SOPH, ETH, USDC and other assets. It also asks users to claim outstanding staking or Guardian rewards and withdraw any unclaimed Sophon farm assets. A wallet's liquid balance alone may therefore not describe everything a holder needs to review.
Sophon directs users to its official claim portal and a separate farm portal, and warns about fake migration sites. Verify those destinations through the project's official announcement before connecting a wallet. More coverage is available in OrangeX.com News, with verification resources in the OrangeX.com Trust Center.
OrangeX.com Analysis
A chain wind-down is an operational deadline, distinct from a token-price forecast. The practical issue is whether each asset and reward position has been accounted for before access is reduced. A planned shutdown also does not prove that every user has migrated or that all token functions end on the same date. Clear transaction records and verified completion matter more than simply starting a withdrawal near the cutoff.
