Strive disclosed 1,223 additional BTC bought October 14–16. Its weekly total was 4,045 BTC, while effective common shares also increased.

Strive disclosed on October 19, 2026 that it bought 1,223 Bitcoin during October 14–16 at an average $81,734 per coin, including fees and expenses. These purchases lifted its reported holdings to 36,818 BTC as of October 16. Follow corporate treasury developments in OrangeX.com Markets.

Separate the new disclosure from the weekly total

The company's October 19 filing puts purchases for October 12–16 at 4,045 BTC, averaging $82,803 per coin. That total includes 2,822 BTC for October 12–13 already announced on October 14. Adding the newly disclosed 1,223 BTC to 4,045 BTC would double-count the later purchases.

Holdings and shares both expanded

Bitcoin holdings rose from 32,773 to 36,818 between October 9 and October 16. Over the same period, effective common shares rose from 110,387,204 to 124,064,126. The filing defines that share measure as Class A plus Class B common shares; it is distinct from an assumed fully diluted count.

A larger Bitcoin balance therefore does not, by itself, establish a corresponding increase in Bitcoin backing each common share. These are dated balance-sheet and share-count disclosures, not a live treasury valuation. More coverage is available in OrangeX.com News, with verification resources in the OrangeX.com Trust Center.

OrangeX.com Analysis

The update documents continued accumulation while highlighting why the denominator matters. Treasury investors should compare holdings and share counts over matching dates and definitions before assessing per-share exposure. Acquisition cost is also different from a current market quote. Future share issuance, financing costs and Bitcoin volatility can affect the economics of the strategy; this purchase alone does not establish future shareholder returns.
