What to do if you are not receiving the SMS Verification Code?

Dear OrangeX Users,
If you have not received the SMS Verification Code, please try the following methods:
1. Check if the phone number you entered is correct. Ensure there are no missing or incorrect digits.
2. Check your phone's spam folder and harassment filter settings. The verification code SMS may be intercepted and moved to these locations.
3. Check for potential delays. SMS delivery may be delayed due to network conditions; please wait for 1-2 minutes and try again.
4. Confirm if you are using a South Korean phone number. Currently, OrangeX only supports South Korean phone numbers for SMS verification.
5. Check the error message (if any). If the system prompts that the phone number already exists, it means the number has been registered with another OrangeX account.
6. If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
